The matter has been brought into the notice of the authorities on many occasions but till date no action has been initiated against the encroachers. On 26th Jogiwan 2018 the matter was taken up with the former Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and on 23rd July, 2018 a delegation of citizens met former Advisor of the Governor B B Vyas. He referred the matter to Divisional Commissioner Kashmir with jogiwan instructions to get the encroachments removed by demolishing the illegal structures. Jogiwan illegal structures have become safe haven for the criminals and the anti-social elements. The bonafide residents of the areas have been deprived of public transport due to road being encroached upon by these elements. We once again urge the authorities to act against these elements so that the residents could heave a sigh of relief. Students Shift Vilgam library to safe building Border block library at Vilgam Kupwara is out of reach for the people. We the active borrowers of the library have sent many representations to district librarian Kupwara and director libraries and research Kashmir jogiwan till date they have not shown any interest in shifting the library to a suitable place. The present building of library is unsafe and there is no reading room in the library. We once again request the higher authorities to shift the library to a place where all the students cum borrowers get benefitted.

The taste is a very delicious Virgina with a lovely Perique tang and the Cavendish providing a nice sweetness to the composition. There isn't much left after you take these away. Makes me want to chop word or skin a mammal or something. I do recommend this blend to anyone except the total beginner. This was a real bargain then!
